Hot Fire Flow (Heated)
This is the power yogi’s jam, a dynamic vinyasa class that will challenge your balance, energize your spirit, and restore your soul. Music and sequence are created by each of our instructors, be prepared for a journey. Expect sun salutations, standing balance, backends, arm balances, inversions, twists, and hip openers. Are you newer to the practice? I’ll break down advanced postures from standing balances to arm balances, and all the variations in between. Take this time to let your breath ignite the flame that will burn off the residue from your day. Come as you are, leave empowered, energized, and grounded. You deserve to savor this slice of peace and freedom in your body.

Hot Fire Drum Flow & Yin (Heated)
Experience a dynamic twist on the classic Hot Spot Hot Fire Flow class designed to energize and relax your body. The first half of class features powerful Surya Namaskar A and B sequences set to rhythmic drum music - building heat, strength, and vitality. This breath to movement meditation challenges you to let go of life’s stressors and connect to your body. The second half transitions into calming Yin Yoga, focusing on deep stretches and meditative poses to release tension and cultivate inner peace. This heated class is perfect for balancing your physical and mental well-being.

Vinyasa Flow
This dynamic class, carefully connecting breath to movement, creates an active sequence linking poses together. Vinyasa flow is designed to build heat, strength and mental focus. Each teacher creates their own unique sequence - and will teach to help all the different levels of students in the room from active and vigorous pace to a more gentle flow. Feel free to ask the front desk if you have any questions. Touch base with your teacher to let them know about your practice or what you are curious about trying. All levels welcome.
